I had an excellent experience recently purchasing a car through Faulkner Maserati Willow Grove. After finding a car we liked I dealt strictly virtually with my rep (Devin) where we came to a reasonable agreement pretty quickly which was a huge relief compared to a lot of dealerships I had contacted. There were no additional fees on top of what they advertised and it was extremely straight forward. When I came to pick up the car everything was exactly as described and honestly it was a little better than it looked in the pictures. Would definitely recommend dealing with them if you find something that you’re interested in.

Faulkner took over my lease from another dealership that I bought my car from. Even though they didn't make anything off the sale, they treated me with white glove service. As it turned out, I was interested in buying out my 2018 at the end of the lease - about 5 months from now. Instead, they actually got me into a brand new car, lowered my car note and are working on a similar trade in for my wife. Service and sales are outstanding!

Just bought a gorgeous 2018 Stelvio TI from these fine folks. It was a great experience. Chris Ewing the salesman greeted me with a warm smile and everyone made me feel at home. They were very knowledgeable on the car with tribal knowledge of people that actually have them. In other words not just reviews from the manufacture but real world data. Tyler the manager was great. Came down and introduced himself. Something you don't find happen at many dealerships. Joe the finance guy was very funny and easy going. Gave me options on the warranty choices and was realistic about what I want versus what I need. They have for sure earned my patronage and I will come here when it's time for the summer because I want that Alfa 4C!
