I used this company once and they were great so decided to order more before the upcoming storm. I was in my kitchen making my daughter a bottle when I see the delivery driver filling up my oil tank, then takes his gloves off and URINATES on my oil tank!!! I couldn't believe it! I went out right after he left and took a picture and then called the company. They apologized and only offered a 20 credit towards my next delivery. NEXT DELIVERY?! no way!!! You should take pride in your company and offer more than that! I have young children in my house, and I can't imagine explaining that one to my son if he had seen it! SO DISRESPECTFUL AND DISGUSTING!!!!!
Needed oil in a pinch on a Sunday. Love Energy got back to me quickly and we had our tank filled within an hour! Highly recommend.
Workers are very polite and they operate in a timely manner. So far the cheapest (to my knowledge)
