Been a member for about 3 weeks wife and I absolutely love it. Very clean and all the newest version of equipment. They definitely put alot of money in remodeling and upgrades.
Wide variety of group studios (yoga, cycle/spin, reformers, water bicycles) and fitness classes as well as the standard equipment. Small and personal, never a wait for equipment. Clean (like extremely clean) locker rooms, I’m not sure anyone uses them they are so clean! Staff is personable and in most classes, I miss a class, I know someone wonders why. It’s great for accountability. Coffee and juice bar, adjacent restaurant, ideal spot!

Recurring charges that I did authorize. Employees not wearing mask. 3 days no call make by anyone. Terrible customer service the person answering phone Sunday was very rude.
