I found an RV I liked a lot on their website and contacted them about the RV and my trade in. They were very eager to discuss my trade in. I was in contact with Gary, who responded to my trade in inquiry. I told Gary which RV I was interested in as well as what I did want and didn’t want in an RV and what price range I was looking to stay in. I also asked specific questions about the RV I initially found. I received a response from Gary telling me to check the website, with no further information. First bad feeling. Gary sent me an offer for my trade in and I told him I would likely come up the next weekend (1.5 hour drive). I emailed Gary the day before we were driving up with our RV to trade in asking him if the RV was still available, I didn’t want to pull a 36’ RV an hour and a half to trade in for no reason. Gary said I didn’t have to bring my RV, just fill out the trade in sheet and he would give me an offer on my trade in. HE FORGOT HE GAVE ME AN OFFER ALREADY. I then reminded him that I had already received an offer from him and once again (third time) asked if the RV had self leveling capabilities and if it was still for sale. Once again, I received no response. So I swept the snow off the roof of my RV and made the hour and a half drive. I walked into the “office” with a wife and three kids and asked where I could find Gary. A guy told me “just yell Gary and he’ll hear you”. I found Gary and told him we were there to look at the RV and he said “yeah, they’re out back. Help yourself “. Not once did anyone come out to answer any questions or assist us in any way. Horrible place to go when you’re looking to spend 50k. I wouldn’t go back if they were giving RV’s away.

The Willow Street location is great to deal with. I like the fact they leave you alone while shopping but they are there for you if you have questions. After choosing what you want to purchase they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They are truthful honest and do not throw in hidden fees. I would highly recommend them.

Personable, informative, quick & accommodating. Salesman even offered us a car for the day the hitch was installed in our truck. Couldn't of been any easier. No stress purchase.

We just bought our 4th RV from RV Value Mart - the Willow Street location. Service was excellent from beginning to end. We've found that almost any dealer will sell you something, but the Service Department can make or bread a business. This Service Department was the best we've ever experience. Timely service, with great assistance on operations and attention to our questions and needs. I'm so impressed with the service that we'll be taking the RV all the way to PA from Maryland (3.5) whenever we need the RV worked on. Thank you, Brendan, Jen and John.
