Just picked up this Bad Boy - 2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks! I was recommended to this dealer by the Costco Auto program. Service was outstanding. Jerry was awesome! Polite, never pushy, answered all our questions. Sebastian in finance made it smooth as butter to finish up the paper work. Best of all, gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I have been researching midsize SUVs and drove past a new Ford Bronco the other day. I went online and did some preliminary research and took the opportunity to go see one in real life when I was passing through Willowbrook and saw the Ford dealership. We decided to stop in and narrow our search. The customer service we experienced was by far the worst service I have ever experienced at a car dealership, 10 cars thus far in my lifetime. 1. The man would not wear his mask appropriately and gave excuses when I asked if he would please put it on while we were inside 2. When I stepped away for a moment he walked away, leaving my husband alone to look at the car independently. 3. When I returned, I asked had he, my husband, looked at the interior of the car and he said “I don’t know what he did.” 4. He then added, without any provocation, “you’ll have to pay over sticker or at sticker because of supply and demand.” 5. I then asked for him to tell me about the new Mustang SUV, at which point, he directed me to YouTube. 6. I then shared with him that directing a customer to YouTube isn’t the best recommendation and that I would take my business elsewhere. The most appalling of this experience was that the GM and owner were there having a meeting. If this is how staff conducts themselves when the owner is present, imagine how they act when they are left to their own devices. This goes to show my decision to buy the last 3 cars online was the correct decision.

My experience at Willowbrook Ford was fantastic! My sales representative Andy Ricci was great. He is detail oriented, kind, and takes his time to ensure you have zero questions or issues when you leave the dealership with your new Ford. In addition, the finance department is top notch. The finance manager I worked with(Sebastian) was great. His diligence in keeping track of my loan allowed me to receive a lower finance rate than what I was quoted the day before. Five stars all around for Willowbrook Ford!
