As a scrapbooker and new pen pal enthusiast I’ve been to quite a few craft stores and various other locations and I’m always impressed by the organization of the store and helpful staff. All I’ve encountered are kind and friendly and ready to help. My return was a breeze too.
Store was well stocked, however, I had to wait 5 minutes for the manager to unlock a cabinet that my item was in. She was outside helping someone. There should be more than 1 key to access items for customers so the line does not build up
Always find something interesting and beautiful there. Also, love their sales
