We began our search to buy a trailer about Jan. 18th. Our salesman was Drew Presley at the Canton location. The salesman hoodwinked us into paying for a trailer we were told was ready when it was not. We then found out that not only was it not ready when we came to pick it up, but we would need to take it to a different company to actually have the work done. Also the hitch we bought for pulling the trailer would not fit and was not installed. Thomas, in service, said he didn't know until after we got there that nothing fit, including the rear receiver hitch, because there had been no attempt to actually do the work. We were blatantly lied to and told the trailer was ready to go when it was not. In fact, we ended up having to leave it in Canton for the work to be done at the other company, and will not get the trailer until next week. We were expecting honest people that would tell the truth and that is not what we found at Explore USA in Canton, so buyer beware.
