Loved the Sunday meals there when I was a kid. My father was Dr Vernon c turner and owned the equinimitas sail boat. Anyone remember?

I took sailing lessons here and 3 months later I was on my high school's team. Much more casual than most yacht clubs. The wind & waves outside the harbor are very consistent and perfect for sailing, unlike chicago belmont, which is incredibly choppy due to the beak wall when the wind is from the east.
