This place does not care about you one bit. Customer service is the worst. They could care less about what they’re supposed to do. They make mistakes and don’t care enough to fix them. Treat you like you aren’t human. Super unprofessional! Worst service ever...

I've been trying to give a big shout out to truck# 15525. I don't know if this is their truck every week or not. But these to gentlemen go above and beyond every week for me. I'm 60 and can't always get the can to the curb. But they make sure to walk the extra 3 or 4 hundred feet to get my can. And they don't have to. I greatly appreciate it. I fell recently and their help is much appreciated. Thank you. They need to be praised for their service.

So grateful! We had a bad wind storm last night and opted to wait until the morning to take out our trash.. We missed them and were too late, I called and they came back that day to fix our mistake! I always call for bulky special item pickups and they are always very helpful and on top of things. We truly do appreciate yall!
