Computer Fixx is, by far, the best business for computer repairs and or data retrieval. I have been utilizing their services since 2009. Recently, my cousin suffered a computer crash, and there was some very important data she needed retrieved. I agree with another reviewer-- Glenn needs a superman cape! He is beyond awesome when it comes to a computer issue! I live about 50 miles out from Wilmington and there are other computer shops nearby, but none of them compare to Computer Fixx. I will gladly get in my car and drive to Computer Fixx when a computer problem arises. Glenn and his wife are attentive and very nice. Job well done Computer Fixx! A Thank You!

My computer malfunctioned at the worst possible time, given the current situation as of March 2020. Glenn had it fixed and back in my hands within 48 hours, whereas the other places I had spoken to claimed it would take almost a week to simply diagnose the problem. He and his wife were very friendly and pleasurable people as well. I highly recommend their services

I came here to get my laptop fixed, and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and efficient the people here are. Glenn had my laptop fixed amazingly fast, and called me letting me know what he found. The price was affordable (as I'm currently a college student and can't afford to drop a lot of money on a computer) and the service was excellent! I will definitely come here again if I ever have computer problems!

Computer Fixx is The Best place to go to get your computer fixed. For years I have gone to repair shop one after the other. The way I was treated it always made me feel stupid and many places acted like my presence was bothering them.... Then I found Mr. Glenn and Susan. My hope was restored. Finally I found the very best place to get your computer fixed. There is no such thing as a stupid question. Mr. Glenn goes out of his way to make sure you are happy before you leave. He goes well beyond to teach me and answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed. Also, They are very fast in the turn around of repairs and he has always called me to let me know it was ready when he knew I needed it fast. I tell everybody not to miss out on great computer repairs and friendly, knowledgeable service. Tell him Elizabeth sent you!
