I'm a freelancer writer so my laptop is my whole life. The staff at Computer Warriors were polite, friendly, and helpful in getting my computer fixed in a timely manner. Plus, they're affordable and up front about prices. I've been burned in the past by tech help companies that over-charge or misrepresent service fees so I'm hugely grateful for the employees at Computer Warriors for helping me out and doing it with kind customer service at an affordable rate. Would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

First time ever had to have a computer serviced and I was beyond impressed with this place! Steven was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and got me checked in and out quickly. Prices are affordable and I got my laptop back in just two days. Was kept update to date during the entire repair process and was called before repairs were done with explanation of problem and cost. Entire staff was great and even received an email (personal, not a pre-made one) from the Senior VP Keith VanWyngaarden thanking me for allowing his business to handle my repair needs.

I first came in and met with Dylan and he was very thorough and informative on my lap top situation. Told me where to go to find a née battery and advised me on what lap top would be best for a new purchase for school. Upon return with the battery, I met with Cameron and he was super helpful and assisted me with the installation of the battery on my laptop and was quick and efficient. It made a very tedious Saturday chore become an enjoyable one. I would highly recommend compiler warriors to any of my friends and family!! Great Place!!

Computers are a lot of fun when they are working, but sometimes even someone who knows their way around a motherboard may not have the expertise or tools necessary to solve a problem. It is wonderful to know that I can turn to Computer Warriors in those circumstances. They are a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional organization. On my most recent visit I was helped by Alexis and Cameron, both of whom were very helpful and respectful. They indulged every question I had and were happy to discuss some current hardware/software releases. It was a wonderful experience. I am grateful that I can solve many of my issues on my own, but it is comforting to know that such dedicated, polite, and talented staff are available to assist you when you run into a problem.

Staff quickly identified the problem and called me. I was able to use my machine immediately until final parts came in. New parts installed while I waited(less than 30 minutes). Machine running perfectly. Very reasonable cost.
