My Mother received her oxygen equipment this week. Mr. Doug Newman made the delivery and carefully explained how to use everything properly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood, which is very much appreciated.

Since Dasco took over I can never get ahold of them locally. They charged me 14.60 for a maintenance call from back in December. I called and talked to someone that couldn't speak very good english and I asked her to transfer me to the Wilmington office. The person she transferred me to wasn't at the Wilmington office. I asked her why I had to pay a maintenance fee when I never had to before. She put me on hold for five minutes then she came back and told me I would have to wait on a call from corporate which could take up to a month. It was never like this in the past. I just wanted to know why I had to pay that but still have no answer.
Dasco was excellent on getting us the needed equipment same day and Doug Newman was very helpful on getting us setup at home. Thanks!
Doug Newman was very helpful and even came back to help me after I forgot the instructions for the portable air! Thank you Doug.
