This was the first time we've been since covid so we didn't know what to expect really. The number of people inside was manageable and the staff were very nice. However, only about half the people inside were wearing masks and only half of them wearing them properly. There was absolutely no control of this from staff that I could see. We ended up leaving early and the lady at the front desk asked us about our visit. I said it was nice except for the mask issue. She said she was aware they have a problem with it. I just wish that everyone would play by the same rules and respect each other. We won't be going back for some time unfortunately.

Always a good time, clean & in good repair or quickly fixed. Staff is great, check in is easy. The 4 is due to the silly sock rules, make sure you bring ONLY Defy Gravity socks(although nothing on the sock specifies that) or you will be buying new socks for your whole crew!
The staff were helpful and very nice. The place seemed like lot of fun, but it felt a bit overcrowded for COVID restrictions still being in place. Most kids, teens and adults took their masks off while jumping which made me a bit uncomfortable. Although we paid for all 3 of us to jump I ended up sitting out due to the amount of people there. It was hard to walk/ jump around without running into someone. My 10 yo son and husband still had a great time.
Always a blast for all 3 kids and us parents. The staff has always been very helpful and sweet. Very clean and can't beat their deals. Have had 2 birthday parties here as well. Highly recommend. A winner for all.
Great family friendly place to go with kids. Lots of fun and exercise. Facility is clean and updated with good equipment. Cost is reasonable for the time spent and priceless for your kids laughter...
