I cannot recommend this company enough! I was having an awful time getting a medical goods company to work with me on getting a breast pump covered by my insurance. I called my insurance company and asked for a few more in network providers in the hopes that I could find one that had more than one pump option, didn't put me on hold for 45 minutes (45 minutes is when I gave up holding so it could have been longer), and was actually willing to work with my insurance. They referred me to DMed. The whole process from first call to pump on my doorstep took five days and two phone calls. That's it! I talked to the same person through out and she was so helpful. I had the option to pay 25 to have it shipped or drive to pick it up. I am still in shock over how easy it was.
