Maurice was wonderful w my New mattress and adjustable bed purchase He was knowledgeable, efficient and over all a great help on finding my perfect memory foam mattress I felt like i met a new friend 5 stars to Fred’s Beds and the delivery guys were 5 stars as well!!

Fred’s Beds, per salesperson does NOT back the inferior Kingsdown Passion Beds they sold to us! I called to complain of the inferior mattress and materials and was told: “I can’t take it back”. I’ll Tell our manager, Maurice, to call you! It’s now November 2020 and I’ve been waiting since June for that call. I have left messages as well! I did contact Kingsdown and was sent an “inspection kit.” I am Disabled and can’t bend and kneel to measure and Photograph the beds as requested. I need a new Bed! I wake with back, hip and knee pain daily!
