We had a great experience in working with Rob of Gallery of Oriental Rugs. We searched their inventory for a certain color and type of rug for our new home but couldn't quite find one that fit our needs. We left the store but gave him our name and number, asking to call if anything came in that might work. He continued to look, through their suppliers, for other options. He called us a week or so later with some options and we ended up buying two rugs. I highly recommend Rob and this company.
