Great place, great staff. Definitely go \above and beyond\ with customer service. I'm from the Northeast, and have rented a Perception Prodigy kayak (which I loved) from them for many summertime trips to Wrightsville Beach. They have always been attentive, pleasant, friendly and helpful. This year, I was looking to purchase that brand of kayak. I remembered that they sold rentals at the end of the season for a very reasonable price. I was fortunate to be able to purchase one. Chris was instrumental in this process. Thank you. So, off I drove to NC to bring it home. Dan (wearing a mask, which i appreciated in this time of COVID-19) helped me load it on my car, and made sure that it was secure for a 12 hour drive. He also voiced concern about the length of my return trip home and said that he would call the next day to check on my progress. He did in fact call the next day to check. To me, that is customer service at it's finest....the sale already made, and still genuinely concerned about the customer. I absolutely recommend Hook, Line and Paddle for your water sport (kayak, SUP, etc) needs. They are THE BEST.
