My family and I frequent Jungle Rapids often simply because they are the TOTAL PACKAGE. They have excellent customer service and they are the most sanitary establishment I've been in post-covid. I actually saw the workers clean every single go kart after it was used yesterday! An employee even took the time to teach my 8 year old how to climb up the wall at the rock climbing station. I was able to sneak in a couple of games myself at the arcade!!! Keep up the great work guys... 5 out of 5

Cant even explain how good our experience was as today 07/18/2020 even with COVID thing. Stuff was amazing. Drove 4 hours to get here. Way worth it. Too much fun. Cant wait till all the arcades and slides open up.
Went here yesterday for my son’s birthday. My girlfriend and I have both received the Moderna vaccination (both doses) and we had our cards on us (not mandatory unless flying). I informed one of the ladies at the counter that we were vaccinated and even offered to show proof which you do not have to do. She replied stating that even being vaccinated we have to wear a mask if we’re indoors. Normally we would have walked out but it was my son’s birthday so we put masks on and played in the arcade, road go-karts, etc. throughout the afternoon I noticed that there were a significant amount of adults inside with no masks on or they had them pulled below their chins. This was allowed because they were all holding beers they had purchased a the concession stand. So if you’re standing around in a crowded arcade drinking a beer you don’t have to wear a mask but if you have been vaccinated you do? We will not be returning.
Such a great place to have fun! Fantastic atmosphere, with nice people who work there. I would certainly go back. Really enjoyed my experience at there.
Great place for the kids to play inside and outside it's too cold down but as well as adults! Go play local!
