Kinetic (and sister shop Nocturnal in Philly) came highly recommended by multiple people. I contacted them to get their suggestions for my 12 year old daughter who is new to skating. Tyler was very personable and knowledgeable about their product lines. After he mentioned their current deal where you can choose your board (between certain sizes) and they set it up with pre-assembled trucks, wheels and bearings on the spot, I was sold. Jumped in the truck and drove 45 minutes to the shop. I was again greeted professionally by Tyler and the rest of the crew working at the time. He walked me through their process and allowed me as much time and advice as I needed. Once I chose a board from the huge selection, Tyler and Kyle both helped me get it set up and assembled. Upfront pricing, knowledgeable, patient and respectful staff is a key to any businesses success. Rock on Karl (NJ)

There's a reason these guys have a reputation for being one of the best shops in the country. They know their stuff and are willing to go the extra mile to help you get your setup squared away exactly how you want it. Skaters are notoriously OCD and more than a little superstitious when it comes to their boards which of course lead to me looking for a very, very specific deck. They searched both locations for me and found what I was looking for and got it into the mail within hours. They could (and probably should) have told me to stop being a baby but were cool and patient about it. Those little details are what make a good shop great.

They really had a great selection of skateboards, clothing, shoes, and accessories. The one thing that really stood out was they had this great selection of old school skate stuff that is hard to find as well as all the new stuff
