Was very unorganized. The Staff on the ice was busy on their phones instead of making sure everyone was going in the same direction. Kids skating the wrong way and knocked a girl down. She hit her head on the ice so hard, it was loud. It took an injury to happen for the Staff to pay attention. But that didnt last long. They were right back on their phone . I'm surprised there wasn't more injuries. Please take care of our children and keep them safe!!

Very unorganized, staff members didn’t pay much attention, they need to stay off their phones... they where very nonchalant. You would think the staff members would be on top of things, due to The huge possibilities of injuries. Nice concept but bad experience.
