A busted pipe in my very large basement, led to 4 or 5 inches of water, flooding the whole place. My basement was full of storage. Everything & anything you could name. Some in Rubber Maid tubs, but lots in cardboard boxes. Anyway, I make my claim to State Farm, which went smooth ... but the BEST result was getting this Hockessin DE Servpro company to my home. The crew was supervised by Matt Sheehan. A great guy. Respectful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact the whole crew was the same. Matt took charge. Explained every step of the way, as this was my FIRST insurance claim. He treated my basement, like it was his own. I had some irreplaceable memorabilia, pictures, papers etc. etc. that got soaked. Matt went out of his way to separate each piece carefully, and placed near the fan(s) & dehumidifier(s) they brought. Matt and his crew tell me each day when they will arrive. And every day they promptly arrive at the time given. if you need Servpro, get the Hockessin/Elsmere Servpro, and make sure that you ask for Matt Sheehan ... and to Hockessin Servpro... whatever you're paying Matt, isn't enough IMO. The young man deserves a RAISE !!
