On September 23rd, I lost my father. Six days later, I lost my mother. After my father passed, Wilmington Funeral and Cremation was called. My parents had prearranged this several years before. I received a call from a young lady named Crystal. She needed me to come sign some paperwork. When I arrived and we went to sit down to talk, it was like speaking to an old friend. She was phenomenal. So kind, so caring, it made me feel so good after all I had been through. She kept me informed of everything. When my mother passed she was there for me again. I felt really good about everything and the way it was handled. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this agency for your needs. And I would like to personally thank Crystal for being there for me when I needed somebody.
