They're 95% fireplaces with a few barbecue grills thrown in. They sell new items and also vintage antique items. They have a fine selection of accessories for fireplaces including about anything you could imagine. The latest thing are the digital fireplaces and they have those too and they just started with digital aquariums

I am shocked this place is still in business. The owner is incredibly rude and has no understanding of customer service. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else if you care about your customer experience.

Went to the Wilshire Fireplace Shop today looking for help on what to do with an empty fireplace hearth in my rental. The chimney cannot be used, and I wanted ideas about something decorative that would also block the entrance since bricking it up isn't the direction I really want to go. I wish I had gotten the name of the sales woman. She was middle age, heavy-set, dark shoulder length hair. She was also a very poor listener, condescending, argumentative and just an awful sales lady altogether. She couldn't seem to just hear me out or offer any kind of reasonable options without talking over me and presenting me repeatedly with ideas I'd already told her I wasn't interested in. Eventually she started to back pedal (because I was not taking her garbage), but then kept talking as I was trying to leave as if somehow pulling me back in and talking over me some more would somehow diffuse the situation. The good news is I did find what I was looking for, took note of the price, and now I can go find it somewhere else.
