The head leady was very unprofessional and stuck up although her nurses were very kind and sweet; just dealing with the head lady made my family stop dealing with them all she wanted was to put my mom in a permanent nursing home for a temporary issue. I don't recommennd them at all for families who want to avoid sending their loved ones to nursing homes because the head woman tries to take matters into her own hands. If I could put less than one star I would this company sucks, the team would be okay with different management even the nurses said so.
