YOU ALL ARE NOT HERE TO HELP! I WILL NEVER TELL SOMEONE TO COME HERE! WHAT MEDICAL CENTER TURNS PEOPLE AWAY FROM OUT OF TOWN?!? VERY DISPLEASED WITH THE SERVICE HERE. THEY COULD CARE LESS THAT IM A VETERAN TOO!

I had to come here two times for my job and the frist time I had to wait 2¹/² hours waitting to be called for the receptionist to tell me that she forgot that I was in there. Then after that there was three people in front of me and it still took me till they closed for me to be seen. The second time I went they where going a little faster....a little still had to wait almost 3 hours and it was only three people in front of me. I will not be coming back here again very very slow service .

Met my expectations for an urgent care. Check in was easy. Waited an hour to be seen, and another hour for the doctor. My interaction with the doctor was courteous and professional, if brief. I would come here again.

Went here May 25th for a 2nd degree burn on the foot. Care was good. Great experience. On followup visit the following Wednesday I got a different Dr. As he read my medical history he made note of my stroke in 2017. Dr. asked when I quit smoking and I replied 2019. He makes a remark with his back to me. \ ... continued to smoke after stroke...\ Not sure why he had to share that self righteous observation with me. This is a business, patients pay his salary. I came in for treatment for a burned foot, not to be judged. The lady that bandaged my foot both visits was great. Kind and caring. The Dr. not so much. The two stars are for first visit and kind nurse. Not coming back. Treated at Forest Hills Immediate Care many times without being judged.

I love Dr. Taylor! But Beware of scary DEBBIE and the receptions that tells lies. A good deed trying to make things right, never goes unpunished. This is the very reason, I don't live in the south.
