I recently visited this store and had a good experience. I went in just to admire the leather bomber jackets as I am 6' 3" with a 36" sleeve length and I knew nothing would fit. I was approached by a young lady offering help and I explained that I already knew nothing would fit even though it said tall. I indulged her and tried on a jacket that she was sure would fit, it came up 2 inches short in the sleeve. She continued to search the racks and even asked a fellow employee for help. Even though she could not find a jacket that would properly fit, I admired her determination and attitude. She was not pushy but seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a jacket that would fit. I wish I could remember her name so I could tell you to ask for her.
