Fitness is one of my 5 health essentials and I had a great time sharing how Chiropractic fits in well with your exercise routine. Lance is the studio manager at this location and was a pleasure to work with him. The studio was spotless and had beautiful artwork. Dean was the trainer leading the class and kept everyone motivated with his amazing playlist. Anyone looking to advance their health, Bodytek offers your first class FREE! Plus they have several community partners to provide health and wellness products and services for all your needs.

The absolute best gym in south Florida. Everyday is a different work out and it challenges you no matter what level you are at. You get a variety of trainers, music, exercises that makes you WANT to go. The entire staff ensures to keep the gym clean and sanitized. They enforce the use of masks and with every workout they ensure they are following social distancing rules. I highly recommend this gym!

I had been a frequent visitor to their Wynwood location but have been become a dedicated teker since moving to Fort Lauderdale. I hadn't written a review before but felt it was time to highlight their amazing response in the wake of this pandemic. Every member is required to wear a mask (strictly enforced), their temperature is checked and they receive their own disinfectant spray/towel to wipe down the equipment (which we all do). Glad there is a place where I feel safe and get an amazing workout!
