This is truly a natural reserve near Wimberley downtown. Enjoy trails surrounded by big trees and listen to the creek. We came in through Old Kyle road which was challenging to find parking initially. Drive around the square, watch for the sign for public parking and you are good to go for a family hiking.

The giant cypress trees here are just amazing! I would highly recommend stopping by if you're in the neighborhood.

Cute place. Looks new. I was looking for something that was not just cut in and had a little character. Great if you like everything modern and new.

Such a neat place. So diverse, friendly and so many stores in the area. The path is right next to the water. The trees are amazing. Really fun weekend get away.

Their hiking trail isn't too difficult but make sure you bring water and have a decent pair of hiking shoes. Very beautiful scenery. If you do the loop, you'll get a chance to see the Texas famous, Blue Hole.
