Jed and Aaron were rockstars! My husband was out of town for 2 weeks and my cistern went dry. Promptly returned my phone call and came out ON A WEEKEND!, both Sat AND Sun, and worked diligently to install new pump, replace pipes and fittings and restore water to the house. 100% knowledgeable, professional and dependable. We have had a spectacular experience with Jed Regante. We found him very knowledgeable, dependable, and prompt. He took plenty of time to explain how the system works and what to expect. He answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner. Further, his prices were very reasonable. He did not cut corners with quality and dependability of the system. The work was well done. After a couple of rains we were ready to use the system. We already have a well and the filtering system. He worked with the existing system so as not to duplicate what was already there. The switching from well to rain water is very easy in case it is needed. The system works smoothly and without any glitches. We really enjoy how simple it is to use. If I have any questions he ready to answer them and give needed advice. In installing the system they did it in a timely and efficient manner. There was little disruption in the landscape, and filled in any scars. I have found Jed to be honest and dependable.
