I cannot stress this enough. If you are going to have your carpets cleaned, I mean really deep cleaned, for a fair price, This is the company to go with. The customer service is great and the technician we had, Rusty, he was excellent. I used to work in the flooring industry and I have a lot of background in different types of carpet what they're made out of, their stain resistance, everything. So I could tell Rusty really knew his stuff. He wasn't just there to do a job. he was knowledgeable. Besides the fact that the entire house now smells and feels so clean and fresh, The spots of cat urine in the carpet, are completely gone. Not just masked by a clean smell, but completely gone. Don't waste your time or money. Get the job done right the first time.

Rusty was excellent to work with to schedule our cleaning. We were closing on our new home and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Although I did try to kept in touch with him, he was understanding that our closing time and move time was not decided until the week before. The actual cleaning experience was quick and efficient. I received a call before they arrived. The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone!
