No showed the morning of the scheduled estimate, called instead. He had already called earlier in the week to ask questions, then at the appointment time called to ask the same questions and gave us an estimate followed by \If you're lucky\. I was raised by a master carpenter, I don't hire companies who give estimates sight unseen. Found a local family electrician who completed the work for 150 less than this phone quote, and did keep his in person appointment. Edit: My apologies Sir, it did take a full 3 minutes for me to respond to your text, you are correct. You see I had changed my entire schedule to accommodate the appointment, and as I was logging on to telework for the day, while also logging in my 2 elementary aged children to their virtual classes, I did set my cell phone down. Blue and gray was fast to get me on their schedule and then so helpful in installing and changing out a ceiling fan. Guys were able to explain to me what went wrong with broken fan to warrant replacing. Professional service and will definitely be coming back if I need another electrician!
