When you have tech problems, it affects a lot of what you do in a day! I bought a used laptop and somehow acquired a virus which was redirecting my websites and creating chaos and headaches in my IT world. On the day I was ready to return this laptop, I stopped in to CompuCenter and the rest is history. Amr cleared the virus and now my computer is in prime condition. I am such a pleased customer! Cannot say enough good things about Amr and his services. He saved my desktop from an untimely death very cheaply and then he put together a totally more than adequate laptop incredibly reasonably cost wise. There are too many good adjectives to choose from when attempting to describe my appointment. Amr was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating in assisting me with my computer issue. I thoroughly appreciated his discussion and his calm educational approach as we both delved into my computer's problem. He is professional, fair, and kind - traits which are sometimes lacking in today's customer service. I normally don't write many reviews and when i do, they usually aren't as gushing as this.
