I've received care from Home Instead Senior Care for several years and I've been very satisfied with our caregivers, they really help me in completing various daily tasks. Also, the office staff is very helpful and knowledgable!

My caregiver has made my daily problems very much easier to cope with, by her knowledge and positive attitude in helping thru out the morning.
Avoid this service. These people showed up only once and cancelled the other two times, saying \have a nice day.\ This is home health care...meaning we need people to take care of a very ill person. That need does not disappear, and doctor appointments do not go away. Poor management.
What I like about Home Instead Senior Care in Winchester: 1st The staff is very friendly and kind to one another. They respect each other. 2nd The staff is kind and respectful to the employees. Whenever I stopped by, I saw their kindness, and I heard their respect. I have never seen them with a bad attitude while working, nor have I ever heard them disrespectful to the employees or one another. I like how the company does things. I like the tracks that this company has put together, and these tracks has caused their employees to experience a wonderful experience. Connie Morrell has been running Mother and Daddy’s household for several years, and is very familiar with all of their preferences. She was an anchor when Mother was put on hospice care @ home, keeping things running as usual, while both taking on the training of the many inexperienced caregivers who came in to help us, and adjusting to the needs of all the family members who arrived unexpectedly for meals. Connie also proved very able in helping others with Mother’s care, learning from those more experienced in end-of-life work how to anticipate and attend to Mother’s needs as she declined. Connie is always upbeat and optimistic, even through this time when she has lost a beloved client, and will now, going forward, be facing the care of her widower. We are very grateful that she will continue to be here to care for our father.
