Absolute travesty of service. I have people continuously call me to request payment on a order they sent me the wrong supplies for but refuse to address regardless of the photo and documented error. Terrible

This place treats customers well! There are a lot of negative reviews of this company -- but they were 2016 when the office had a lot of different people. The whole staff is different today. I didn't give 4 stars because of the physical environment. It's not the best location and the office is a little messy. However, the people are wonderful and very helpful and I don't have any complaints about how they take care of their customers. So I hope other people offer more recent reviews based on what's going on at Lincare today.
Lincare's are independently owned and operated. The service at each location is really unique. I had an excellent experience with Winchester Lincare& cannot possibly send a big enough thank you to the staff at this location for getting me a hospital bed within 1 day! The delivery was flawless and the speed that this was done at was truly amazing. Thank you Winchester Lincare!
I've trying for over two years to get new cap supplies since Valley Health no longer services Medicare patients. My doctor has sent orders twice. No response back to me. I'm searching for a new Company. Any help appreciated
Worst service ever, has been over 6 weeks and they still have not processed my claim. Tried to call multiple times and can never reach anyone in this office, always go to a national store. They will not return phone calls. Made me pay for my supplies stating it was towards my deductible, meanwhile they did not file the claim and another provider charged me for that amount too, as it was the remaining balance of my deductible. They never cashed my check, last message stated that if I did not get a return call I would put a stop payment on the check. They never called and attempted to cash the check, then put it through as an Electronic Fund Transfer. I have transferred my CPAP order to another Durable Medical Equipment company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, if you can avoid it. Service is horrible and very shady. I have received another letter. Demanding payment for items which were returned to the company. After leaving 8 voice mail messages for the Rep. I finally called and had to leave another voice message for a supervisor, letting them know if they did not adjust my claim, I was going to retain a lawyer. I also contact my insurance carrier and informed them that Lincare had filed a fraudulent claim. I decided to call again to day and actually spoke with the Rep. who stated that his supervisor cancelled the account yesterday. Told him Thank you for your return phone call and hung up.
