Is this place still in business?? Nine weeks ago, I sent an email requesting an estimate for the purchase and installation of 3 garage doors. No response. Six weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who said she had no evidence of my earlier email but she took my name and phone number and assured me the salesman would contact me. No response. Four weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who said the salesman had been very busy unloading trucks and helping installers. Again, she took my name and phone number, assuring me the salesman would contact me. No response. Two weeks ago, I called, spoke with a lady who, again took my name and phone number, and assured me the salesman would contact me. No response. If this company is still in business, it’s failing in customer responsiveness but excelling in poor management.

I live in Winchester Va and had my garage door and spring repaired in early December 2018. Garage spring was fixed fine and lubrication added. adjusted garage power on ceiling since it was closing roughly. Pleased that garage worked. Paid the 325 for repairs to spring and felt a huge relief. As the day wore on and repair was done that evening the garage door went up on its own. This continued 1-2 times a day, often in the middle of the night. We began to lock door leading to garage and have family in town keep an eye on our home when gone. We finally began locking garage when gone. I did call to have garage looked at again and clearly explained that the garage began to open on its own the very night that the spring was replaced. I have been in this house 10 years and this had never happened before. The service call was billed by the Harrisonburg office billing department although they said there was an error in the billing. They said the service call should not have been 160 but will be reduced to 115. I just really think the sudden issue HAD to be related in someway to the spring repair and things that were done the day of the original repair. I am the type of person to put solid reviews and recommend a company to many of the friends and co-teachers I teach within the large county I work for in Norther Va. You would think the right thing would have been done to satisfy a customer, but I feel in my heart this was not the case. I would not use or recommend this company in the future.

One of my garage doors openers broke. I called Overhead Door Co and they came out an hour later and replaced both of my garage door openers. The installation was fast and professional. The Odyssey belt door opener is quiet and works perfectly. Use this company!!
