At first my wife and I were happy with the doctor and the staff, but now I'm looking for another provider. They are almost never available by phone and call backs take hours and days even. The website is ridiculously slow and when I called today to ask them when it was going to let me log on, I was placed on hold after doing a 1 then a 2 then a 3 or some silly nonsense. I listened to \mood\ music for 5 minutes then hung up!
