Choose your provider here wisely! Therapists are self-employed and I’m certain the quality of providers are vastly different. I worked with Morgan Sutton and it was not a good fit. I did not work with any other provider. During the COVID pandemic, Ms. Sutton was unable to find my client profile (which included an existing credit to my account). The office was ultimately able to assist in tracking down my records and my credit. After a disheartening experience with Ms. Sutton; one of the partners of the practice reached out directly to me to discuss my concerns. I felt my concerns were understood and validated. After a delay in receiving a reimbursement, the partner I spoke to assured me that she would provide assistance in rectifying the matter. My review of Ms. Sutton is not included or factored into this review but is on a separate review of Ms. Sutton.
