Trenise and Brooke were AMAZING. They were VERY patient with my mom and I. The decision process was a little difficult for us because we couldn’t decide on which puppy. Even after 3 hours of trying to decide, they were still kind, patient, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Puppy City to anyone looking for a happy, healthy, puppy and a pleasant experience. Each puppy comes with a crate package full of great starter items (food, toys, blanket, etc.). We drove 1.5 hours and would gladly do it again if we ever need another puppy in the future.

I got my beautiful dog from this place at a reasonable price, it was worth the drive.
Very friendly staff beautiful puppies you want the top of the line I would recommend this place. And buying a good puppy from a place like this shuts down puppy mills. I didn't buy a puppy from them I took my dog in there to buy products for him but it is not hard to tell that this is a top of the line company that deals with top the line breeders! When you pay for the best you will get the best with a health certificate and good temperament let's face it we basically call them our pets but they become more like our children you want a puppy that will be with you for a long healthy life with a good temperament I would recommend going to this place for your Furever Baby!
Such sweet puppies and kind workers!! They let us play with puppies for awhile and gave us all the information that we wanted!
There were two ladies working tonight. One was a blonde well mannered and accommodating. Then there was a snobby, darkish haired girl who was overly rude. I drove 72 miles to purchase one of their dogs and she basically ran us out of the building. I highly recommend speaking with the pleasant girl that works here and avoid the rudeness. I can not justify buying from these people. I had excited kids and the girl ruined the whole experience. I will never return to this establishment. Sorry for your loss and my kids disappointment.
