I prefer this particular location to others that are somewhat closer. They are always courteous and extremely tolerant of those of us that aren't as experienced as most of their patrons.

I go here to buy dry ice for my research. All of the employees here are super helpful even when they are multitasking - helping three people at once! They always get me my dry ice within minutes! It's a small place and you get to know the employees here which is also a plus.
Very knowledgeable about the tools I needed.And also recommended a cheaper tool that would do the same thing,which I was definitely happy with. (They dont need to be rocket scientists,just know about their products.which they do.)
