I have been a patient there since last year around this time after being in the hospital for a serious condition. I needed a follow up/regular doctor and Dr. White has been great. The problem is the office itself. I just received a letter stating that I am no longer allowed to be a patient due to an unpaid balance. I know that i had a couple outstanding balances for lab work, however I have received no phone calls or any prior written notice informing me that this was going to happen so this was a total surprise. I find it very troubling that this office seems to not care in the least about the health of patients and will force them out because of an unpaid bill in these times that are already hard enough. Especially someone who has an ongoing medical condition. Now I have to find a new doctor and start all over. Thanks for your compassion Selma. I will not recommend your office to anyone. Also I was supposed to have an appointment next week so I better not be charged as a no show since no one has bothered to call me to inform me it has been cancelled. Like I don't have enough to worry about as it is.

I have been going to Selma for the past couple months, and I gotta say, I've had the best experience. I work front desk at another doctor's office, and have worked MANY years in customer/patient service and have high standards about how people handle patient care. I have been met with kindness and assistance every time I have encountered someone at Selma. Dr Flack is spectacular!! He is professional and knowledgeable, but down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and I can definitely tell he cares about what's going on with me. I have seen 2 PA's: Sarah and Amanda and they have been kind and caring as well. Front desk staff and clinical assistants/nurses have been nice to me every time too (8 visits in the past 4 months). If every employee is as crummy as some of the other reviewers are saying, then I should play the lottery because I guess I have been really lucky.

I have been going here to see Dr.Hawari for the past 7 months and couldn't be happier with this practice. I'm never made to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back to the exam room. The nurses are all pleasant and Dr. Hawari is one of the best physicians I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. When I message him for a prescription refill he always has it done first thing the following morning. When I need an appointment scheduled their office always calls me back the same day to set it up and to top it off, they now have evening telemedicine hours. Cant get more convenient than that! They also have an on site lab and a large parking lot with plenty on handicap parking for those who need it. I'd certainly recommend Dr. Hawari to anyone!!

I've had mostly very good experience with this large practice. The lab personnel are highly efficient and everyone is courteous and helpful thereby making visits pleasant.. No excuses or warnings are offered when attending physician is very late (but lateness in excess of 15 min happened to me no more than six times in nine years). Selma's handling of the SARS2-covid19 epidemic seems entirely appropriate. There seems to be much staff turnover (not physicians) but his may be 'normal' among medical institutions.

My family has had good overall experiences with the providers. My wife thinks the world of Dr Judd Flack. I have had no real problems with the doctors and PAs. I have over 30 years in medicine I and think of them as true professionals. NOW, for the problem. The support staff makes or breaks a provider’s office and this one is broken. As much as the providers seem to care, it is completely offset by the support staff. The nurses do a decent job but some seem to be apathetic as the receptionists and back office staff. And that is the problem, the absolute apathy of the support (non-patient care) staff. They seem to not realize that they are only employed because of the patients and treat them with disdain, in person and the phone. I have run clinics all over the world and would never let the staff treat patients with nothing but respect.
