We've been with Shenandoah Tumblers for almost 4 years now & our daughter has loved every minute with her coaches & teammates. The staff is well trained and keeps parents informed with their progress. We are grateful to have found and have stuck with such a family oriented gym.

After being at another local Winchester gym for more than five years, Shenandoah Tumblers was a breath of fresh air! Their owners and staff are amazing to deal with and the coaches, while young are fabulous with the gymnasts. Our kiddos find the coaches so easy to relate to and talk with because they're not so much older! All of the coaches are former gymnasts and have so much past experience to offer the girls, it's great to see them out there on the floor interacting with them and not just standing by and pointing, hollering directions and corrections. The gym we came from was scary for our child. This gym has been a place of safety, love, learning, and immense growth for our near level 8 USAG gymnast. I couldn't recommend this gym more!!

My daughter has coached at Shenandoah tumblers for almost 10 years. All of the students she has had over the years have been really good to her. Chris has done a great job with Shenandoah tumblers

My two boys used to go to Shenandoah Tumbers. They used to have great staff. Now they have teenagers instead of trained professional coaches. My daughter started taking classes here when she was a toddler. I loved their \Mommy and Me\ classes. Now my daughter is 7. She is talented. But because they have kids teaching kids my daughter is falling through the cracks. She doesn't get the instruction she should. She isn't learning what she should. There is no structure or lesson plan. It's just chaos. Shenandoah used to be a great gymnastics gym. Now it's crap! They lost all their coaches. They lost their students. Now they are losing us too. When I asked a question about my daughter's class, the owner made my daughter cry in class. She turned to leave the class because she was so upset and tripped over the spring board and the owner laughed at her. A grown woman laughed at a seven year old girl! Where the is her professionalism? We were patrons for almost 10 years. I regret ever coming here after the experience I had with my daughter.

We've left 3 messages over the course of a couple of weeks saying we'd like to talk about enrolling our daughter. A couple of her friends go here and she would like to join them. I called a fourth time today. No one has returned our calls. Not sure if this is the premier gymnastics organization or not as they claim on the message, we would love to have found out, but they're certainly not premier in customer service.
