Side walks were nottreated very slippery my mom and I almost fell along with a few other people. Was told to get there 10 min before appointment at 9 then they didn’t let u in til afterwards. Went in to discuss glasses with my mom was told I had to have face mask I told them I carry a note from my doctors not to wear it they said it’s there policy and showed me the door.

We loved our visit here... eye exams for a 2 year old are not exactly easy or simple, but they made it seem like they are! They were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, not to mention quick and efficient! I can’t recommend them enough!

The promptness with which I was greeted and by which I was examined by the optometrist was exceptional. The exam itself was as thorough as any I have had. And every member of the staff was very personable and accomplished at their job. I'm a new patient, having recently moved into the area.

I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences at Valley Vision! From appointments to picking out glasses every single time has been great! Doctors were welcoming and accommodating when I had my child with me. My favorite part however is the selection of glasses and sunglasses they have and the opticians are so friendly and extremely customer service oriented! They also have top brands of sunglasses including Costa and Ray Ban. I’ll be going here for as long as I call Winchester home!
