This place and these people have no idea what they’re doing. Will ask to go to the trex center the next time. Told to come early for an appointment we arrive and they’re behind and they scheduled another appointment right before ours an hour before we came in. Told to go to imaging and to come through the heart and vascular building, can’t find our appointment and won’t direct us to imaging. Find our own way to imaging only to be told our appointment was not there AFTER we had just been directed there by someone on the phone. Get attitude when trying to check in there and told we have to go to Open MRI. Arrive here and have been waiting for an hour after being told to come in early. Valley Health is a joke. Then the receptionist asks us why they didn’t register us at imaging, like it’s my job to know. Will NEVER come back here. If you want to save yourself a headache just go to the trex center.
