Comcasr/Xfinity is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They get you by offering low competitive deals for new customers and then keep increasing the rates. Stay away!

Completely dissatisfied with the internet provided to my house. I pay for 100mbps and routinely receive subpar services. I asked for a technician to come out and was charged 200 for him to replace a splitter and blame router for the problem (I think because I bought a router instead of rent from them - exact same router) and still terrible connections. Constant buffering and poor internet connection speeds. I regularly test, only to find 2-10mbps which does not even meet the FCC definition of broadband. Connections come and go and completely inconsistent. Awful! Looking to do more than just drop cable and now looking to replace internet service completely!
