Yesterday we were mattress shopping and stopped in at the Futon Experience and chatted with Frank. He was very helpful and not pushy. He helped us find exactly what we needed. We asked him about how much he would charge for delivery and he said it was free since we were local. It was after 6pm when we made the purchase and the store closed at 7pm. Frank personally delivered the mattress that evening shortly after 7pm! This was such a great experience. We always try to shop local and shop small but that doesn’t always work out in your favor. In this case, this worked out well! I highly recommend checking out the Futon Experience and speaking with Frank! The prices are reasonable, and the customer service was amazing! We will purchase from there again!
