My go to folks for all my computer need. They just put in a huge capacity hard drive for my son's laptop. Turnaround was less than a day, so my son did not miss any school assignments. Highly recommend!

If you are getting you computer repair/service done anywhere else, you are taking it to the WRONG place. The folks at Bradley Electronics are outstanding! Every other place I looked into about a minor upgrade to my laptop quoted me a time of no less than 2 weeks; Bradley's tech had it back to me in 2 DAYS, and they treated me more than fairly on the price. Morgan and Randy (the people who took care of me) were responsive to my needs, engaging, and concerned about doing quality work for me; kudos to them! I can't say enough good things about Bradley Electronics, or recommend them any more highly.

Entered the shop excited for some expert advice, being that I am almost finished with my first gaming computer build. (Btw) I planned on paying for this “expert advice“. This would have taken approximately 5min for the questions I had ready and I was more than ready to pay for his time. I spoke with the front desk, which was very nice. She then retrieved the “expert,” that before I could even ask a question says “I don’t run a class here. I’m not a teacher.” Although I do now see his point, being that if everyone with a question was to stop by and he answered. A lot of time and effort for his services would me lost. I do think that there was a more professional and polite way of expressing these concerns. I felt so belittled that for the first time in my life, I took time out of my day to write a negative review.
