This location in Winder and their store in Buford appears to be very miss managed. In my situation there is a big break down in communication from one store to the next with different information given by different people while no one seems to be on the right page. Absentee General Manager and a lot of young adults running the business in which have no customer service skillset. Maintenance times will change frequent if you are getting a repair done and they are full of excuses to why it is not done in the time frame they indicated. There are some great competitors in the area I would recommend going somewhere else and safe yourself frustration.

Great service. I had some lawn mower repairs I couldn't tackle on my own and these guys had it sorted and ready to go quick. I had passed their building a rediculous number of times without noticing it. Glad they were there.

I brought in an old stihl backpack blower that was running poorly. I was going to turn it in to be serviced. Britani Page, asked me what it was doing, and then she said give her a minute to take it in the back to check it out. Turns out it had bad fuel in it. She diagnosed it and fixed it for free. I bought several parts(things I needed for tune ups), but she just made my day. I have purchased several things here in the past,but she just made me a believer in local shops. I will be back for sure. Thank you so much Britani Page!!!

I called the store in Winder To make sure they had the tool in stock that I needed. They said they did so I came up to the store to rent it. When I got there they didn’t have it in stock so, they tell me they’ll get it from the Jefferson office and I’ll have it the next day. That was fine the schedule worked out and that was fine. So they called me the next morning to let me know that the saw was in. I come up to the store again to rent the saw and they tell me they have no blades for it. So I wasted two days on them to get a saw that I never was able to get for the job that I needed.

Rented an mini excavator for a yard clearing project, staff was helpful, as with any rental the extra fees make you question the daily rental rate quote, but this is normal anywhere. Equipment was in good shape and was advised correctly for the job. Delivery and pickup was on time. Deposit was returned promptly. Would rent from them again
