I had a very pleasant experience renting this storage unit. Steva and Glenn were above and beyond helpful. They were very friendly and took time to make sure my passcode worked the gate and that I knew where my unit was and how to properly lock it. They also had a cart that I could use to transport more boxes at once. My unit is climate controlled and it is clean and well lit. Also, I called around to A LOT of storage places and they are about 50 cheaper for the same size unit elsewhere.

Steva was such a great help when I initially called and I didn't think they had a unit I was looking for she tried to suggest places for me to call. When it comes to customer service I value when someone goes out of their way to help knowing they may not get the sale or the contract but would rather help someone than not. That was a big plus in my decision making process on where to rent a unit to store my items. Thanks for a great experience. Definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

Rented an RV storage space at this location for 14 months. Extremely easy process and amazing people. Steva and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They always show support for our troops and treat people with respect! Cannot say enough spot or things about the entire experience.
