She combines the absolute best of evidence based medicine with intuitive compassion and care. She has helped myself and my family members with issues that did not respond to traditional medical care. Dr. Sarah is knowledgeable, proficient, and wise in her practice. She can make your head spin with her medical expertise which helps to fill in the blanks for a lay person! But it is her intuitive application of treatments designed for each patient that is remarkable. And over the years she has brought much relief and understanding for a chronic condition I see her for. She also continues to educate herself with further training about the human body and how the mind and spirit affects well being. I was told by an orthopedic doctor to stop dancing and walking over five years ago. I'm still walking and dancing and although my condition still persists, it is tolerable and manageable as a consequence of alternative therapies, primarily ones I receive through Dr. Sarah. I look forward to further work with her for pain relief and new techniques.

I cant say enough about the experiences I've had at Body and Mind. Sarah is the most skilled Physical Therapist I have had the pleasure of meeting. She helped me heal a long standing pelvic issue from my first pregnancy and guided me through my second pregnancy without any of the same issues I had with my first. My sessions with her always address whatever discomfort I'm dealing with and I leave feeling relaxed, and often completely pain free. I love the one on one appointments, I feel that I'm her only priority when I'm there, which is so much better than the other massive clinics I've visited.
