Sales/Service cant give enough stars! Buying a bike, go see Marisa in sales, new, used, all are clean prepped (unlike many shops) and ready to ride now! Prices cannot be beat, if you cant handle buying from a girl (who knows more than most men about bikes) maybe you should be riding a Huffy instead. Had new tires put on my ride, Ken in Service quoted a price, did job quick, hours made it easy to drop off and pick up during the week, and came in under estimate! WTH more can you ask?
I worked with Chris Laughlin, and he was great to work with. He answered all my calls and questions and was easy to work with, also gave me some space to think when I needed it. He was able to give me a good deal after talking to the manager a few times, really felt like he was working for me. Great guy and great dealership, would recommend to check this place out to buy a bike, and work with Chris because he is easy.
Marissa made everything so easy for me being 4 hours away. Kept me in the loop about my bike the whole time. Everyone was so nice and made sure I was good before my trip home. Definitely will be purchasing more toys from them in the near future. Highly recommend.
One of the most important things about making a large purchase like a new motorcycle is support after the purchase. My son bought a new Honda at the Windham location in New Hampshire. We needed to register it in Massachusetts, because of Covid-19 and the challenges it brings working with the registry was a 3 hour process. Jeff in the Windam location was a significant help navigating this process. Jeff took every call and guided us in an extremely professional manor. My family recommends him, Chris and the Nault's team 100%
